Helmut von Fircks founded the F&H agency in conjunction with partners during his economics studies.
As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic orientation of the agency and runs the operational side of the business.

Christoph Heisig
Christoph Heisig is a co-founder of the F&H advertising agency alongside Helmut von Fircks and Rolf Schmitz. His core areas of expertise are the development and implementation of communication strategies.
Over the course of his long career as a concept developer, he has refined and optimised the process of analysis, strategy and implementation. His knowledge about positioning brands and companies is based on a multi-layered core of know-how.
Alongside his communications training, he also apprenticed in graphic design with a renowned advertising agency where he learnt the fundamen- tal principles behind visual concept presentation. He also worked for a number of years as a concept developer and copywriter at Siemens. This experience gave him an insight into different corporate divisions and enabled him to develop different strategies for capital and consumer goods.

He is a founding member of the agency and, in his role as Creative Director, is responsible for the visual implementation of communications concepts.
He regards himself as an unconventional thinker, inspirer and motivator for his studio team that produces high-calibre work and unconventional ideas. He creates the faces of brands and companies.

Inken Tietz as director is responsible for client development and strategic planning at F&H. Recently she took over the role as interim manager of the lifestyle & tourism practice. She used to head up the F&H „Food & Beverages“ department and the „Industry” practice.

Martina Ritter is responsible for the Finance, Controlling and Production divisions. Beyond these remits, she also controls the administrative aspects of the agency's operation. As a long-serving member of the team, she is an expert at organising team work to ensure that projects are managed with the required level of quality and complete on deadline every time.
Before joining F&H, Martina Ritter occupied the role of controller and production coordinator with a well-known retail firm. Whilst in this role, she also gathered further experience with various agencies and publishing houses.

Nina Schröer is Practice Leader of the F&H Technology team and is
responsible for Logitech. For this client, and as an interim solution
for a period of seven months, she took over the role of PR and
Communications Manager for the countries of Germany, Austria and
Switzerland.
Strategic corporate and product communications are her work’s main areas of focus. Nina began her career in the research department of Roland Berger and then worked in the BMW Group’s European Sales Department. She also organised European launch events for the Brand Communication and PR division.
